1. ARCHITECTURAL and PLANNING SOLUTIONS.

The administrative-household trading complex "Almaty" is 3 floor building with a ground floor, located at Aktobe prospectus Sankibaj-batyra 101, A.

Building facades are made from glass in the form of a parallelepiped in the size 132x36 m. The load-carrying frame allows applying the free lay-out which has been not connected with carrying walls that allows using internal space flexibly, connecting a complex of a premises of different function. The building is located in a distance from a carriageway on distance more than 20 metres that allows issuing the spatial and accessing areas for motor transport parking.

The location in the avenue and as though in it identify architectural severity of a construction and its lines, laconic view of the construction distinguishes and as though forces it to predominate on all building of Sankibay-batyra Avenue.

The external building represents a solid parallelepiped from glass and metal.

The ground floor separates on a building facade is brown - marble lines from a surface and once again underlines severity, firmness of this construction.

Laconicism and chastity of style of the building and whole construction inspires visitors to accept the same spirit and the business approach of visiting.

The size of the building on the plan is 132x36 m.

The height of floors is accepted 4,8 m.

For a relative datum 0,000 level of a pure floor of 1st floor is accepted that corresponds to an absolute datum 219,100 is accepted

Factor of reliability 0,95.

Fire resistance degree - III a.

Architectural and planning solutions are determined by technology requirements of standard documents and creation of architecturally-aesthetic expressiveness.

2. CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS.

The structural layout of the building is accepted the frame. The carcass is made of metal with a grid of columns 6õ9ì. Columns are of box-shaped type from a steel [40, beams B2 of box-shaped type from a steel [30, B1 from a wide-brimmed I-beam ¹ 40, connection and the coupled steel double corner 100*100*8. Metal wares are cleared and covered by anticorrosive primer GF-021 for two times and then for two times enamel MC-132. The internal cavity of columns is reinforced by a frame from a steel type A III d - 18 mm and condensed by concrete Ì200. The external surfaces of all metal structures are painted three times by a fireproof paint for metal constructions «Akvest-911».

The foundation bases under columns are from precast ferro-concrete blocks on monolithic ferro-concrete blocks of plates on SOST 13580-85 and precast concrete blocks in accordance with GOST 13519-78.

Columns and metal beams are boxed-off by plaster slab. Basement walls are made of concrete blocks GOST 13519-78 insulated with expanded plastic and siding.

Floor structure is from factory-built concrete core unit PK 60-15 PK 60-12. Spandrels are precast ferro-concrete and metallic. The roof of the building roof is executed soft with insulant - penoplex and expanded clay. Steam isolation is made in one layer from biokrost. A cement screed in the thickness of 40 mm put over the insulant from sandbeton. Over sandbeton biokrost is pasted in two layers. For effective work and operation, all area of the roof is divided into 12 cards with creation of a bias of rain, snow waters in the storm water drain. External furnish – facing of stained glass. As an external protection hinged stained-glass windows from aluminum profiles - series TP-50300 unified systems "TATPROF" (Tatarstan) are applied. Glass - a single-chamber double-glazed window of 24 mm and glass of 6 mm for platform. The aluminum skeleton fastens on all height over building perimeter every floor to metal carcass. Touching to glass details it is excluded. Double-glazed windows are glued SPO ¹Ñ5ML-14-35Ì1 GOSMT 24866-99, covered DBL - 20, also are made by LLP «Saratov institute of glass» Saratov. Covering DBL - 20 provides light absorbing and energy saving (i.e. refracts solar beams and interferes with cold penetration from the outside and to heat outflow from within).

Ç.IN-BUILDING ENGINEERING NETWORKS and CONSTANT ELECTRIC SUPPLY.

The building is connected to heat supply network of Joint Stock Company “Transenergo” and provided through 200mm heat network. At entrance semi-automatic inlet node is installed and divides into 3 autonomic heating systems. Every system can be adjusted individually, independently of whole complex. Every heating radiator is adjusted by its valves. Heating radiator is Italian manufacture from aluminum casting; pipes are metallic-plastic with diameter 20-50mm.

Inside water supply and sewage collection system are connected to AO “Akbulak” Joint Stock Company network system. Water supply is executed from steel pipes in diameter of 15-377 mm. from the external networks, combined with system of fire-prevention water supply.

Electric supply is carried out from «Energosistema» LLP through DP (distributive substation - for needs of a city) and own TS (transformer substations), nearby in building territory. So the scheme of a supply of electricity is executed in the way, that each floor and various consumers can receive defined quantity of the electric power from electro panel board, located on a mark - 4800 (in axes 1-2, Â-Ã), through an individual board of input with devices of the account of the consumed energy distributed further at will of the consumer. All systems are executed on the basis of Rules of installation and operation of electro installations "PUE" and TU.

Requirement of constant electric power is 3260 kW. For power capacity installation, with a compliance of specification of «Energosistema» LLP ¹ 297/530 from 27.05.08 we develop the project «Electro supply of administrative-household trading complex "Almaty". The project provides:

- building DP - 10 kW - for needs of the city

- installation of two cells of type KSO - 292 in RU-10 kW Ïñ-110/10kV «POS» from different bus sections.

- laying out cable lines 10 kW rtRU-10 kW PS-110/1 - «POS» to Rp - UkW ("Almaty") in length of 1560 metres.

4. AUTOMATIC FIRE SUPRESSING.

The system automatic fire suppressing, the automatic fire alarm system and the notifications are projected and applied for the first time in building history of Aktobe.

For protection of a building and on the basis of item 4.3 SniP RK 2.02-15-2003 "Fire suppressing automatics of buildings and constructions» internal water fire suppressing is provided. Instead of fire-prevention walls for the decision architecturally-planning and functional problems the device of drains of black veils is provided. On all premises of a building of a complex the system automatic sprinkler fire suppressing is equipped. According to SniP RK 4.01/-41-2006 the building is equipped by an internal fire-prevention water pipe. Fire hydrants are attached to the feeding pipeline sprinkler networks. In total 56 cranes in diameter of 50 mm are established. Fire hydrants are established in stationary fire cases in which fire extinguishers type OP-4 (3) are established, fire hydrants are equipped by a complex 20 meter hose with a tip. The automatic system fire suppressing is executed with sprinklers of the open type K1-57, having thermal locks which simultaneously carry out functions of the automatic fire alarm system.

Deluge skids of system internal fire suppression are sprinkler type; they are established in the pump room. In case of fire occurrence on any of building floors the veil of one of the floors, separating this floor from the others and sprinkler system of this floor works well together. For total area division on a building on fire-prevention compartments apertures for escalators and ladders drains by black veils are equipped. Management knots of deluge system - deluge valve are established in pump station.

The launch of deluge system is provided automatically and remotely on a signal from deluge skid of the activated section of fire suppressing sprinkler system.

In electro panel board room of the buildings the automatic system powder fire extinction is established - with installation of modular automatic units of powder fire extinction (AUPFS) with use fire suppressing substances - a powder. The way of suppression of AUPFS is along the area. AUPFS it is executed on the basis of powder modules of Russian manufacture MPP-100.07. TU 4854-005-1177697901. AUPFS is used for automatic detection and suppression of seats of fire at excess of controllable factors of fire, at excess of the established threshold values in a protected zone. AUPFS also informs the personnel of the site and fire protection service.

The system of the notification of people about a fire is executed according 3rd type, agrees SN RK 2.02.-11-2-2

Management of notification system is carried out from a premise with the 24hours personnel on a mark - 4800 (axes 20-21 G-D). After fire signal reception the person on duty manually enables notification system. For information announcing preliminary recorded messages from digital recorder are used.

5. LIFTS and ELEVATORS.

The building is equipped with six escalators with the extended hand-rail from the best world manufacturer "KONE" Finland Company and two service-lifts with load-carrying capacity of 2000 kg manufactured by Mogilyovskiy lift factory. (Belarus)

Getting escalators at the company with a world name have provided comfort system of safety of the "KOHE" standard. Company "KONE" as the world manufacturer wins first place among manufacturers of escalators and lifts.

The Mogilyovski lift factory is well-known to all former Union. The factory is technically equipped; the modernization of service-lifts is estimated perfectly.

6. VENTILATION and AIR CONDITIONING.

Ventilation and air conditionings of a premise of a complex it is executed for climatic conditions of Aktobe comply with requirements SN P RK 4.02-05-2001 "Heating, ventilation and an air conditioning».

Air lines are executed from a sheet steel. Air lines of additional systems are accepted class P (dense), air lines of exhaust systems are accepted class N (normal), rectangular and round section.

Additional air moves organized directly in a premise. Removal of air from premises exhaust ventilation systems is carried out from zones in which it is most polluted or has most heat.

All air lines laid in limits of ventilation chambers, on a roof, on a ground floor of a building and air lines of systems K1-K8 are isolated foil-coated URSA with thickness of 50 mm. For the prevention of freezing of heaters of systems K1-K8 they can be blocked by their fan and the regulating valve, providing warming up of heaters, and then start-up of fans; at a stop the first disconnect fans, and then heaters. Air regulation is carried out by the regulating valve by change of the expense of the heat-carrier.

In the complex there are eight systems of forced-air and exhaust installations also are projected. In inflow installations conditioners of air CTS - 14 with productivity of air from 35 000 cubic m. per hour to 60 000 cubic m. per hour with heat expense during winter time 3552 kW \hour (3054720 kcal \hour) with the cold expense in summertime 1160 kW \hour (997600 kcal/hour) are used. In summertime for cooling of incoming air in inlet systems ZETA 2002 air coolers “Chillers” manufactured in Italy are installed.

"Chillers" manufactured in Italy represent a carcass from the zinced steel with drawing of sheeting by sintering of a polyether and the demountable panel is equipped by a sound-proof substrate. These are the compressors connected by pair connection; it is equipped by a protective heater, protection against a thermal overload, to indicators of level of oil. The cooling mechanism has the viewing glass, isolating valves, a temperature regulator the gate, the switch-transport of high and low pressure, the filter - moisture separator. The electric panel is equipped with the main switch of the power capacity control, the compressor and the fan. Functional microprocessor management. The unit has passed production test. All air submitting, inlet system in a complex passes clearing in filters of conditioners.

Productivity of the established forced-air and exhaust systems allows to make 4 multiple exchange of air within one hour depending on temperature.
